Smart Sampling System (SSS)
The SSS provides a solution to the persistent plugging problems that plague the CEMS application. The SSS is an innovative design to continuously deliver stack sample gas to any CEMS analyzers and for use in severe service applications in Hazardous Area Locations. The integrated heating and blowback system extremely reduces the requirement for maintenance and provides reliable operation.
The Smart Sampling System (SSS) includes a specific PLC Controller with two HMI (12” at SSC & 7” at SSP) to monitor the entire SSS system, allow manual and remote changes to all essential system parameters & initiation of functions. 7” HMI at Smart Sample Probe (SSP) helps operator to diagnose SSS system while at heights.
The SSS Controller (SSC) integrates accurate temperature management of its Smart Sample Probe (SSP) heated components, Sample Line as well as configurable sample system blowback functions to clean its Heated Sample Probe, Heated Sample Filter, and Heated Sample Line Tube using instrument air blowback operations.
